- Establishment of **Haji Mat Haji Jantan Sdn. Bhd**. was on March 28, 1992 aimed at the collection of household and public solid waste, providing sewage treatment plant services, building construction engineering works, and public cleansing management. In 2017, the idea of producing organic fertilizers by the Company’s Director took place following the issue of landfill problem in Melaka._
- This **MILAGRO organic fertilizer** production is an effective measure to reduce the amount of waste in Melaka without polluting the environment while helping farmers and farmers increase crop yields in the agricultural sector. In the production of **MILAGRO organic fertilizer**, the latest technologies of Smart Technology and Special Enzyme have been used. Milagro organic fertilizer is produced within 24 hours of organic solid waste, animal faeces and plants waste._
- **HMJ Bizpoint Sdn Bhd**, located at Tmn Seri Mangga, Melaka, is our subsidiary company which is focusing on sales and marketing this organic fertilizer product for all. We are selling our own product with our own branding since 2017 until now, we have been growing aggressively and target to go into international market very soon._

- To assist officers with research planning, project management, collecting data, recording information and analyzing project development tasks.
- To plan, coordinate, implement, monitor & evaluate departmental activities and programs.
- Watering and collecting tree growth data for planting projects with the Department of Agriculture
- Record PH and EC readings periodically for hydroponic crop projects
- Evaluation of the grow out test result, fertilizing, quality control and postharvest requirement in the Nursery.
- Perform site preparation work for the cultivation of vegetable on the land provided by the company
- Provide materials / content required by the Marketing department for the purpose of the Live Marketing team session.
- Provide the necessary items and contact the Garden Owner to inform the presence of the Agronomist Team to their garden
- Taking pictures, recording tree / boundary data for plants using Milagro fertilizer is intended as a source of reference
- Conduct research on Milagro products, quantity of Milagro use on crops, study for Milagro improvement.
- Help the Marketing Team strengthen and strengthen Milagro products.
- Assist the Marketing Team in answering customer questions related to the technical nature of the product.
- Collaborate with specific parties to review Milagro products and help to resolve product quality issues.
- Sending Milagro samples to the laboratory for butrien, microbial and heavy metals testing.
- Perform on-site work (customer home, garden, farm) to see tree development after use of Milagro products.
- Provide agricultural technical expertise to customers through departmental expansion programs.
- Job Requirement: _
- Degree in Agronomy, Crop protection, Plant science, Horticulture, Biological Sciences with at least 2 years relevant experience in field trial experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ARM and other sponsor-specific software preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals and/or groups both within the organization or while representing the organization.
- Ability to build & lead an effective team to achieve goals and handle a variety of projects effectively, efficiently and with confidentiality.
- Must be able to work in a safe manner and foster a safe, sustainable, and environmentally sound manner.
- Excellent time management skills which includes the ability to balance multiple projects concurrently (with different deadlines) and to organize the resources necessary to accomplish them.
- Must be outstanding talent in all job disciplines & creative people, strong researchers, critical thinking and problem solving people.
