- Assisting the manager in implementing strategies to reach desired company goals.
- Lead the store team to drive sales, deliver good customer service, and maintaining good store standard.
- Manage store sales, expenditure budget and responsible for achievement of sales target of assigned outlet.
- Responsible to support day-to-day operations in store, ensuring adequate manpower to perform smooth operation duties.
- Managing overall retail store operation including merchandising display, customer service and executing promotional events.
- Overseeing cost and pricing, monitoring inventory and stock availabilities, ordering stock based on demand.
- Responsible for identifying marketing trends & implementing best sales practices to achieve key sales results.
- Provide good customer experience that delights and engage customers, maintain customer relationships and retain consumer satisfaction.
- Provide product’s information, benefits and recommend the suitable products to customers.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
