1. Conducts daily collection activities by field visit debt customer. 2. Plan daily route efficiently to hit daily target. 3. Responsible on collection target and tight deadline. 4. Answers to customer questions not limited to billing statements, etc. 5. Negotiates partial repayments and payment plans when possible. 6. Maintains an efficient and updated record of status of collection efforts. 7. Maintains proper recording and documentation of field expenses to monitor and track operational expenses. 8. Ensures collection efforts are executed to assigned accounts by the Headquarter Officer. 9. Maintains confidentiality and the utmost discretion. 10. Complies with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as company policies. 11. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
