Responsibilities/Main Activities:
Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (formerly PPM) is seeking to hire an
**Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia**.

As
** the implementation Consultant** you will be responsible for setup/installation, configuration, and customisation of Shift Operations Management Solution (j5) or process designs for the client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Works directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned), and train or coordinate training for client users.
- Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems.
- Identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution.
- Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
- May work directly with clients on-site or provide project support remotely.
- May work on pre-sales activities.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
**Essential**
- Professional implementation service experience required (Minimum 4 years)
- Understanding of software implementation methodologies
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Business level of English ability
- Willingness to travel, including to customer sites.

**Preferred**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information System, Computer Science or IT qualifications
- Exposure to Owner Operator Experience across Maintenance Disciplines would be added advantage.

**Skills and abilities**
- Knowledge of Excel VBA (macros) and Advanced excel skills (functions).
- Knowledge of database systems (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres)
- Knowledge of web technologies (For ex, Web Servers and Web APIs)
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python) would be added advantage.
- Knowledge of source control (Git) would be added advantage.
- Knowledge of Shift Operations Management Systems would be added advantage.
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) would be added advantage.
