'¢ To prepare F&B Management report '¢ To take charge of banquet & events '¢ To assist Head of F&B to manage Operating of HQ and Outlet '¢ To ensure the efficient and smooth running of the kitchen operations from preparation, production to presentation to customers. '¢ Does skilled and food preparation. '¢ To take charge of training new kitchen staffs. '¢ To inspects, supervises and participates in the cleaning of kitchens '¢ To check the food quality and food presentation of all food served to customers. '¢ To assists in evaluating and create new recipes and products '¢ To perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
The principle activities of the Company are that of property holding and development, food and beverage property management operations. There has been no significant change in the nature of these activities since then.
