**CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER/EXECUTIVE**

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Active promote and sell safe deposit products to individuals and customers
- Developing and executing strategies to acquire new deposit customers and increase the deposit base
- Develop and schedule sales proposals and activities including calls to new potential and existing clients and customers to ensure optimum closed of sales
- Developing a deep understanding of the deposit product including its features, functionalities and benefits. To stay updated on any updated on the deposit campaign
- Ensuring that all activities and processes related to the deposit comply with relevant banking regulations and internal policies
- Prepare and provide investment & wealth financial advisory and assistance to clients and customers for their investment and wealth portfolio management
- Responsible in building relationship and networking with existing and new clients and customers
- Implement marketing strategies to maximize business development opportunities for sustainable growth
- Ensure compliance with products and sales policies, procedures and guidelines set by the BNM, relevant authorities and Company are adhered and complied to at all times
- Attend to clients and customers enquiries and requests

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 1 year of working experience in sales related roles in financial products and customer services in banking industry
- Broad knowledge of banking and financial products
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with self assurance and confidence
- Ability to think creatively, results oriented and driven for high performance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must fully understand product features and the individual lifestyle needs for High Net Worth clients and customers
- Any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time
- **Manager Level - 1 position and Executive - 2 positions**
- **Based at Jalan Bendahara, Melaka**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
