**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Supervise all architectural and ID works and ensure that they are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
- Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress, deliverables and timeframe
- Daily site diary recording, monitoring and reporting
- Close coordination of work with both internal (project team) and external parties (client, regulatory bodies and etc.)
- Ensure compliance with architectural and structural specifications and achieve quality aspect
- Coordinate and liaise with all architectural or structural services with other trades on site
- Carry out architectural and structural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- To ensure building materials and work done at site are properly handled, stored and protected.
- To assist in carrying out inspections, attending meetings with clients, Consultants, sub-contractors and authorities.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

**Requirement:

- **
- Minimum 1 year of relevant high-rise building experience.
- Good communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality with high responsibility, and able to work independently.
- Required skill(s): MS Project, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office
- Preferable to have Conquas or Qlassic.
