1.1. Formulate or mixing new or existing product. 1.2. Find and deal with suitable supplier/vendor. 1.3. Conduct testing and monitoring on all production or R&D prototype. 1.4. Design and calculate formulation compound for new product. 1.5. Improve existing product according to current technology 1.6. Write report and observation on R&D. 1.7. Create proposal for new formulation based research on current market for client. 1.8. Coming up with ideas and opinion to improve current technology. 1.9. Alias with Research Institute or University to increase BLD’s product formulation database.
