Site Clerk

To supervise and monitor work progress at site
- To record all site matters and changes for documentation purposes
- Sound technical knowledge and analytical skills in interior construction works
- To check all the construction drawings and do quality control on materials to minimize errors on site
- Liaise with project team and other relevant parties to resolve construction issues or design matters promptly
- Able to work well as a team player in the process of completing each project
- To have a strong sense of responsibility in execution and completion of the projects
- Able to travel frequently to site independently
- To achieve a high standard of quality control
- To ensure a high safety standard at the construction site
- To ensure smooth implementation of project within given time frame
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Possess strong leadership qualities, analytical and organizational skills, paired with excellent communicative skills

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Preferably Senior Executives specialising in Engineering (Civil / Construction / Structural) or equivalent
- To have own means of transport
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
- Full time positions available

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
