**Your Role**:

- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that focus on social, emotional, cognitive, physical development, and Chinese language acquisition for students.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and discovery, with an emphasis on fostering an early interest in the Chinese language and culture.
- Use positive discipline techniques to promote good behavior, respect, and a positive attitude toward language learning among children.
- Observe and assess children’s behavior, development, and language learning, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Work closely with parents, guardians, and other teachers to support each child’s individual needs and interests.
- Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress, including attendance, development, language acquisition, and milestones.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other meetings to discuss children’s overall progress, development, and language proficiency.
- Keep the classroom clean, organized, and well-stocked with appropriate supplies and materials.
- Attend professional development workshops and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and trends in early childhood education and language instruction.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Possess at least Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Relevant experience working with toddlers, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Proficiency in spoken and written mandarin, with the ability to teach basic language skills effectively.
- Knowledge of child development theories, best practices in early childhood education, and language acquisition principles.
- Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and other teachers.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and documentation.
- CPR and First Aid certification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
