Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Ensure that mise en place for food preparation is completed.
- Replenishes service lines as necessary, restocks the workspace, and sets it up for the upcoming shift.
- Provide support to sub-ordinates with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
- Monitor and record inventory daily and monthly. Maintain the par stock level.
- Performs other tasks assigned by Executive Chef and The Management.
- Maintains cleanliness of work station and compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintains proper personal appearance, hygiene and sanitation.
- Performs other tasks assigned by The Management.
- Hostel & Meals provided.
**Job Requirements**:
- Hardworking, punctual and honest.
- Pleasant personality with basic standard in service line.
- Good personal appearance, hygiene and sanitation.
- Minimum 4 years working experience in culinary.
- Able to speak/understand English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to multitask.
- Able to work on rotation shift and on weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to be based in Janda Baik, PahangEnjoy nature and support sustainability.
