1. Design, plan, implement and monitor farm flock health program 2. Maintain good level of hygiene and biosecurity measurements in the farms (this includes checking on any adequacy, advising farm management for improvement and conduct training / awareness to the workers 3. Supervise the work process of vaccination of chicks 4. Advise farm management about farm flock health conditions and feeding practices. 5. Liaising with relevant government bodies, such as safety Department, Environment Department, DVS and Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), and etc. 6. Advise on biosecurity plan issues. 7. Routinely checking the health of livestock 8. Enforce farm sanitation practice to prevent the spread of disease 9. Troubleshoot and advise on illness symptoms and disease. 10. Responsible for farm compliance issues on audit and regulatory requirement 11. Responding to emergency calls related to flock health 12. To ensure best practices leading to maximize the flock health status by good veterinary observation, good husbandry observation, clinical analysis and biosecurity 13. To provide training to farm staff on flock health screening methods and execution of their respective SOPs. 14. Other duties as deemed necessary.
