Responsibility
- Receive payment by cash, credit cards, gift card, vouchers, etc
- Paperwork + documentation + filing
- Deliver professional customer service in daily workshop operation
- Provide information and assist the customer to sign up CRM program
- Maintain cleanliness of merchandising display and workshop
- Other ad-hoc duties
**Requirements**:
- Minimum education: SPM or above
- No work experience required
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia / English (The ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Operation Hours: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
- 6 working days (Sunday off)
- Vacancies are available in USJ 19 & Kota Kemuning
- Knowing automotive is an added advantage
- Good communication, negotiation and social skills
- Able to work under pressure, independent, responsible, punctual
- Able to multitask and perform as a team
- Able to establish a good relationship with customers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
