**Overview**
As a Property Inspector, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and assessing the condition of residential properties. Your primary responsibility is to conduct thorough inspections, document findings, and provide detailed reports. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of property conditions.
**Key Responsibility**:
- Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties to assess their overall condition.
- Accurately document the condition of various aspects of the property, noting any damages, defects, or potential issues.
- Communicate effectively with property owners, real estate agents, and internal colleagues to explain the inspection process and findings.
- Build and maintain rapport with potential clients to establish a long-lasting positive connection and enhance the overall customer experience.
**Job Requirements**:
- Fresh-graduates are welcomed.
- Proven record of experience of property inspection and/or any related industry is prioritised.
- Confident and self-driven individuals.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
