Administration
- Coordinate, order, schedule, monitor & receive:

- travel ticket and accommodation
- Office supplies for pantry and stationery item,
- Office furniture purchase and repair, Company signage
- Phone lines and key phones
- Photocopy machine and printer maintenance services
- Pest control, female sanitary hygiene bin, waste disposal management and rectify any issue arise regarding the services
- Preparation of meeting - meeting room set up, drinks and refreshment
- Mailing letter or document either by post or courier
- Maintain office general area cleanliness

Reception/Front office:

- Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
- Take and deliver messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable
- Answer questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information if needed.
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Monitor visitor access and issues passes when required
- Receives, sorts, and routes mail; maintain and route publications
- Office decoration

HR & Corporate Communications:

- Organize and manage company events or activities and assist in corporate communication activities.
- Handle HRDF-submit training grant and claim, handle queries and contribution

from HRDF system
- Perform other clerical duties i.e staff attendance report, staff ownership form and parking card.

Any Ad Hoc task request

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
