**Overview**:
The IT System Support assists the IT head or team in facilitating, coordinating, implementing, executing, controlling, and completing each marketing project for the business need, while remaining aligned with the organization's strategy, commitments, and goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- This role demands strong attention to detail, operational task management, and problem-solving ability.
- Address complaint tickets, clarify issues, and identify the root cause of complaints.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant project team leaders.
- Guide users on workarounds for common issues.
- Conduct data analysis and generate statistics for management use.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably with customer service experience.
- Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.
- Able to commute to the office.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays (double pay on PH).
- Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English and Chinese for client communication.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
