**Accounts Manager**
Basic salary: Up to RM8000
Working hours: 8am - 5pm with full alternate saturday
Working location: Pasir Gudang, Johor bahru
Company Background : Wood Manufacturing
- Oversee AP function including timely and proper invoice entries and payment arrangement status for trade/non trade suppliers as well as statutory payment.
- Oversee AR function including timely and proper invoice entries and collection status for trade debtors.
- Responsible to perform Credit Checks on new customers and determine credit terms with relevant information on Credit Application for new customer.
- Responsible to raise commercial or any other issues on contract/terms and condition/tender document for Contract Review purposes.
- Responsible to review monthly Inventory reports (FG/ WIP/ Raw Materials) for monthly accounts including overview for stocktake process.
- Responsible to review and extract all monthly closing accounts for all companies for group consolidation purpose. Assist in preparation of monthly group consolidation report. Recommend adjustment during review.
- Responsible for yearly external audit including preparation of necessary documentation, liaising with external auditors.
- Responsible for tax matters including CP204/CP204A, tax computation and tax audit for all companies.
- Oversee SST matters including preparation of documentation, follow up and liaising with Custom authorities.
- Assist in checking on project costing for project registration and proceed work.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting
- Possess minimum 4-5 years relevant knowledge and experience of handling accounts payable and full set accounts
- Working knowledge of Auto count Software is advantage

Requirement:

- Minimum 5 years of experience

**Salary**: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
