Jobs Xpert Brilliant Sdn Bhd is a Recruitment Firm. We assist our clients with all the talent search processes. Our client is an International well-known beauty skincare retail company in Malaysia. Due to their recent newly launched organic Brand in the market, they are currently seeking qualified enthusiastic individuals with an attitude to delivery and a passion for beauty/skincare to join the team.

Position: Beauty Advisor - Full Time

Location: The Spring, Kuching.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales target.
- Beauty savvy and customer service oriented.
- Provide luxury customer service levels to all customers.
- Well-versed in product knowledge.
- Ensure stocks are replenished on need-to-basis and adhere to stock replenishment procedures and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years in any retail field
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
- With strong sense of responsibility & pro-activity.
- Open Gender & Open Race (Malaysian ONLY)
- Able to speak in English & Bahasa

**Remuneration package**:

- Basic RM 1,800.00 - RM 2,000.00
- Grooming Allowance RM 100.00
- 15% Employer EPF Contribution
- Product Claim (RM 4800/annum)
- Staff Purchase - 50%
- OT Applicable
- Commission Average (RM 1,500.00 - RM 3,500.00/month)
- 6 days’ OFF per month
- 7 hours work and 1 hour break

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
