**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Assessment**: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to diagnose movement dysfunction and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- **Treatment Planning**: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient goals.
- **Therapeutic Interventions**: Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and use of electrotherapy modalities to treat patients.
- **Rehabilitation Programs**: Design and implement rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or dealing with chronic conditions.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and their families about the nature of their conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs to encourage active participation in the recovery process.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Regularly evaluate and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment notes, and reports as required by the clinic or hospital policies.
- **Continual Learning**: Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and advancements in physiotherapy to provide the best possible care.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Malaysia.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting (new graduates may be considered based on the hiring organization’s policy).
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, kinesiology, and physiology.
- Excellent manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
- Proficient in using physiotherapy equipment and technology.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic with a strong commitment to patient care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in specialized areas such as sports physiotherapy, pediatric physiotherapy, or neurorehabilitation.
- Certification in advanced manual therapy techniques or other relevant specializations.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including Mandarin, English and Malay.
