We are looking for a Spa Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Below is the requirements for your reference:

- Checking guests in and out for spa treatments
- Receiving and managing reservation
- Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in for treatments
- Providing customer service to guests with information about the spa retails & treatments
- Previous hospitality experience would be advantageous.
- Well-presented and good attitude
- Competency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to work on shift (Morning / noon)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
