**Description and Requirements**:
**You will**:

- Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving the escalated incident in Linux/Unix Server platforms
- Perform the regular server operations such as setup, upgrade, patches deployment, monitoring and health checks, backup and restore etc
- Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentations.
- Providing support on issues related to servers and storage
- Liaise with external vendors for IT Server operations and maintenance

**You bring**:

- Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline;
- Holder of ITIL Foundation or above is a plus
- 2 years relevant working experiences in Linux Servers, VMware, x86 servers and storage
- Sizeable company and ITIL experience is preferable
- Self-motivated, quick learner, Can-do attitude and able to work under pressure
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and Cantonese is a plus
- Knowing in AIX/HPUX/Solaris is a plus
- Willing to work night shift & and on public holidays
