2. Data-Driven Decision Making

Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement based on data-driven insights.

3. Change Management

Lead and take charge of change management efforts related to continuous improvement initiatives.

4. Cross Functional Collaboration

Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

5. Stakeholder Management:
To work closely with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and operation staff, to gain buy-in and trust for proposed changes.

6. Training and Development

Provide guidance and support to teams in adopting new processes and methodologies.

7. Technology Solutions Aligned to Processes

Collaborate with Project Manager to integrate and optimize technology tools for operations.

8. Performance/Progress Monitoring and Reporting

Implement performance/progress monitoring systems to track the success of continuous improvement initiatives. Regular report progress to key senior management and stakeholders.

9. Risk Management and Contingency Planning

Identify potential risks associated with process changes and implement risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and assess the impact of the changes and address issues promptly, if any.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
