**The key responsibilities for Pastry Chef in this role will include, but are not limited to,**
- To oversee and participate in baking, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
- Create and improve recipes for consistent quality.
- Lead and coordinate kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure safety and hygiene.
- Manage ingredient inventory, order supplies, and monitor usage.
- Ensure high-quality, consistent baked goods.
- Collaborate with management on seasonal items and promotions.
- Oversee equipment upkeep and cleanliness.
- Interact with customers and provide product information.
- Monitor costs and optimize processes.
- To train and be a mentor for the baking team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Maintain records for reporting and analysis.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kota Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work authorization:

- Malaysia (preferred)
