Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Industrial Division is exclusively partnered with multinational organization who is well established in the field of logistics.

**Job Summary**
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Generalist located in Kuala Lumpur. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and HR management tasks on a regular basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the hiring of top-quality talent that aligns with the company's goals (liaise with headhunter as well).
- Provide guidance and support in employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and create appropriate programs.
- Administer and maintain HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and employment laws to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture by organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Experience with HR Management and HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

Relevant experience in a similar role and experience with talent acquisition, training, and development would be beneficial.
