Type of Job: Full-Time

Job Description:

- About 10 years of total experience working on a self-service tool like Power BI
- Should be familiar and experienced in SQL, Power BI development and administration
- Develop visual reports, dashboards and scorecards using Power BI
- Have depth and knowledge in being able to connect to various data sources, importing data and transforming data for gathering business intelligence
- Analytical thinking for translating data into visuals and reports with ability to do advance level calculations and query large data sets
- Proficient at DAX querying
- Developing, publishing Power BI reports as per the BU needs
- Able to properly understand the business requirements and develop data models accordingly by taking care of the resources
- Should be adept at quickly designing prototypes based on requirements shared at a weekly cadence

Technical Skills:

- Expert knowledge level of SQL
- Experience working with structured, semi-structured and unstructured data, ETL, and Data warehousing.
- Experience in building interactive and complex data visualizations and analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview, Spotfire etc)

- Should be able to follow industry best processes
- Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work
- A focus on high quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
- Be someone who will bring innovation and ideas to the table
- A collaborative style and a focus on continuous improvement, quality and planning, teamwork, strong communication.

Behavioral Skills:

- Should be aggressive in making decisions and managing teams
- Should have very good communication.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Qualification:

- Education qualification: Graduate B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
