Sales Associate

1. Ensure & maintain high level of customer satisfaction at all times

2. Ensure cleanliness of the business premise at all times

3. Responsible of show room (shop) sales

4. Ensure proper management of point of sale processes (POS system)

5. Ensure proper labelling of products

6. Ensure healthy stock inventory at all times

7. Ensure proper management of inventory software

8. Ensure proper handling of warranty and claim

9. Proper record keeping & filing of documents

10. Supervise and closely monitor sales team

11. All other matters concerning to sales and the show room (shop)

12. Any other related tasks as instructed by management

13. Maintain digital marketing (Sinaro’s website, Shopee, Lazada, Google Business, Mudah, Facebook) and other digital platforms as may instructed by the company.

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
