RPABusiness Analyst

Responsibilities:
Perform Project Management for the full project/ Change Request cycle - from assessment >> requirement stage >>design stage >> administer development >> user treat & acceptance>> implementation, control run and production run.
- Perform requirements gathering for RPA
- Manage RPA project end to end from requirement till implementation (development not inclusive)
- Prepare Process Design Document and Solution Design Document.
- Ensure relevant documentations are in order and signed-off where required.
- Provide support to prepare environment, data and required access for development, SIT, UAT, implementation, Control Run and Production Run
- Facilitate addressing challenges and obstacles, escalate for resolution if needed.
- Coordinate training and hand-over take-over (HOTO) process

Requirements:

- Degree from a recognized University preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, etc
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years working experience as an IT business analyst.
- Having good knowledge about AI/ML is preferred
- Having knowledge is process re-engineering / analytics is preferred
- To work in office in Bangi.
- Preferable to have either banking or insurance domain knowledge.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- business analyst: 3 years (required)
- RPA project management: 3 years (preferred)
- AI/ML: 1 year (preferred)
- process re-engineering / analytics: 1 year (preferred)
- banking/insurance domain: 2 years (required)
