**Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Operations**: Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.

**Guest Services**: Attend to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout their stay.

**Event Coordination**: Support in the planning and execution of events, meetings, and special functions hosted by the establishment.

**Food and Beverage Assistance**: Collaborate with the restaurant and kitchen staff to understand the dynamics of food and beverage services, and assist in ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests.

**Housekeeping Support**: Gain insights into housekeeping procedures, room inspections, and maintenance of cleanliness standards.

**Sales and Marketing**: Contribute ideas and support initiatives to enhance the visibility and promotion of our hospitality services.

**Administrative Tasks**: Assist in various administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with other departments.

**Training and Development**: Participate in training sessions to enhance hospitality skills and knowledge of industry best practices.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: RM1,000.00 per month
