Job Specifications (Club Manager) a) A degree holder preferably in Business Management b) Experienced in managing golf club preferably a member’s club c) Keen sense of leadership and responsibility with good interpersonal and communication skills d) Pro-active, able to work under pressure and long hours with a hand-on approach e) Resourceful, independent with a pleasant and mature disposition f) A commitment to fulfill the club’s objectives and challenges. Job Requirements 1. A dedicate and experienced person who will be responsible for the overall operations of the Club, a great team leader to lead all department and a person who have knowledge and experience in managing golf course maintenance and maintenance of clubhouse and facilities for members and guest. 2. Hardworking person who understand the Standard Operating Procedure of operations department and have knowledge in managing and administration a private recreational club. 3. A person who is ready to work beyond normal working hours in attending General Committee Meeting, Subcommittee meetings and preparing reports. 4. At least 5 years of working experience in the same position is preferred. Job Responsibility - Efficient management and administration of the affairs, premises, facilities and assets of the Club. - Continuous improvement in the standard of Club facilities and level of service. - Strengthening the Sales & Marketing team in order to increase and widen the revenue base of the Club from existing under-utilized facilities. - Plan expansion of current non-golf assets to further increase and diversify revenue and profits base. - To achieve annual budget operational and implement cost control and reduction techniques. Job Description - Financial o Provide directions and lead the development of operating and capital budgets as agreed by the General Committee and prudently manages the Club’s resources through effective monitoring and reporting process. o Take corrective actions as required with the goal of achieving cost efficiency without compromising Club’s level of service and efficiency. o Plan, develop and implement specific operational policies and procedures, programs and method in line with the overall Club’s strategy and goals as approved by the GC to maximize revenue and profitability. o Recommend and implement short, medium and operating procedures and Marketing and sourcing of funds and sponsorships for the Club and its activities. - Customer o To provide the best service to members and guest through effective management of all departments that deal with the Club’s products and services. o To provide a Customer oriented culture and continuously monitor the performance and conditions of products and services to provide and maintain open channel of communication to members guests and potential members. o Lead and manage the entire operations of the Club towards achieving the highest levels of excellence.
