During this program, trainee will be learning and expose to SOP of Culturing Shrimp, Understanding of Nursery and Farm Pond, Bio Security and Disease Management and Understanding of QC and Water Quality Parameter 1- Take care all work regarding pond preparation before stoking water and shrimps seeds. 2- Responsibilities for work before and after harvesting shrimp, take care water system. 3- Feeding and take care shrimps with Technician. 4- To prepare and involve in pond preparation process including water quality, stocking, sampling (shrimp size, water quality). 5- To monitor cleanliness of the pond and pond equipment in good condition 6- Standby 24hrs for emergency case. 7- Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management. 8- To do any job and task given by superior.
