Working closely with the General Manager on the planning and budgeting for the yearly marketing calendar of activities.
- Assisting an effective and creative marketing launch plan that is aligned with the overall brand vision and market positioning for the brand to achieve short and long-term brand marketing objectives.
- Executing and manage the marketing and sales promotion campaigns aligned with the approved launch plans to maximize sales and brand awareness.
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
- Performing basic and simple tasks on Creative and Design (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop)

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- 2-5 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Proven track record of creating effective marketing programs.
- Excellent communication, time management and project prioritization skills.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate staff and delegation.
- Flexibility in order to cope with the varied demands of the work and the constant need for innovation.
- Sound business acumen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
