Events Executive

Your day-to-day revolves around:
- **PRIMARY**_
- Plan, identify, secure and coordinate SALES ACTIVATION programs.
- Work closely with all SALES STAKEHOLDER to drive Events KPI and Targets
- Engage capable and quality Event Organizers to execute all plan Sales Activation programs.
- Conduct periodic briefing and training to promoters and sales team.
- Maintain cost efficiency with proper sales planning and activation strategy.
- Ensuring Daily & Monthly sales targets are achieved and putting in corrective measure to improve as needed.
- Complete Daily & Monthly stocks inventory and sales reporting for submission within timeline
- Prepare SA sales performance and commission report to Line Manager
- Other required responsibilities as and when assigned by Head of Sales & Events.
- **SECONDARY**_
- Support in terms of operation & resources for all/any Neutrovis roadshows / campaign / programs nationwide
- Support SA scheduling for Neutrovis retailer in-store sales drive activation as needed.
- Support Neutrovis Raodshow setup / operation / resources as needed.
- Recruit Sales Assistant to support Sales Activation programs.
- Administrative task as required.
- **SKILLS REQUIRED**_
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related field
- Proven work experience with Minimum two (2) years sales & events experience or the equivalent amount of industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Able to lead and motivate a sales assistant individually and as a team.
- Strong organization skills, planning, operation, delegation & multi-tasking skills.
- Strong verbal & written skills when communication on all levels
- Able to work under tight datelines and simultaneous project by maintaining a good composure and organization in order to efficiently and effectively carry out duties.
- Must be able to work beyond normal hours and on weekends or public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa & English and is speaks clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions. Ability to converse in Mandarin is a bonus.
