**Responsibilities**.
- Greet and Serve incoming customer
- Perform various data entry
- Ensure the accuracy of the data entry
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Maintaining internal databases
- Perform various aspect of inventory management
- Preparing finished products for packaging and shipment
- Other ad-hoc admin duties.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback.
**Requirement**
- SPM and Above
- Ability to multitask and deal with customer-driven interruptions
- Experience in customer service is a huge advantage
- Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment
**Working Location**:
One Service Republic (Low Yat)
Lot 4.20 (A8), 4th Floor, Plaza Low Yat Off, Jln Bukit Bintang, Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur
**Working hour, day**:10 am - 7 pm, 6 day (1 off day)
