**Responsibilities**:
01) To update and enhance the sustainability website.
02) To make arrangement for various meeting and payments.
03) To prepare, compile and update meeting presentation slides.
04) Liaise with PIC from other departments for data collection.
05) Assist in the preparation of meeting minutes and proposal.
06) Any other duties and responsibilities as required by management.

**Job Requirements**
01) Degree/ Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
