**JOB ROLE**:
The role of the Digital Marketing Executive/ Officer would be to working alongside with the Service Marketing Manager, helping to execute and manage assigned tasks, and to assist in providing developmental research and performance information relating to various Marketing Programmers.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design, maintain and supply content for the organization's website
- Google MyBusiness Account Administrator
- Knowledge in SEM and SEO
- Ideal knowledge on E Commerce (Online shopping)
- Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers
- Monitor company presence on social media
- Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness.
- Creative visual design using AI, Canva or other tools.
- Able to perform copywriting tasks.
- Handling and managing inter-department and workshop inquires / requests in timely manner.
- Updating of company workshop management system when required.
- Assisting in the planning and development of marketing programmes through consultation with internal departments and external parties including being responsible for the coordination and promotion of key Aftersales Programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Digital advertising or Degree in Marketing with related field
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Experience with business to customer social media and content generation
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- A self-starter to learn, positive attitude, detailed & performance oriented. Able to work well in team environment.
- Ability to converse and writing in multi languages.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
