**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiating, influencing, and persuading to achieve the best outcome for all parties
- Gaining a strong knowledge of the market you are working on and building a network to generate leads, references, and referrals.
- Selling our services to clients
- Taking a consultative approach with clients listening to their needs and explaining the benefits of working with Hamilton Barnes.
- Negotiation of rates, fees, agreements, and offers
- Build out your own niche - geographically or technical

**About you**:
Although you do not need any specific experience, we do look for the following:

- A background in a customer-facing role, preferably a sales-based or sporting background.
- You are hardworking, resilient, and sociable
- Eagerness to learn and the ability to implement feedback through training.
- Competitiveness (with yourself and others) with the ability to work to targets.
- Money motivated
- Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Desire to be a part of a collaborative, hard-working, and fun culture with other top performers
