We are seeking confident and reliable individuals who have experience handling cash transactions and/or are familiar with working in a Money Services Business.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Cash teller/remittance duties;
- Conduct “Know Your Customer” protocols as outlined by Bank Negara/Branch SOPs;
- Ensure all transactions are in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering & Anti
- Terrorism Financing Act 2001 and adhere to Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines;
- Perform reconciliation of data where necessary i.e. ensuring customer bank remittance advice submitted is true and correct against bank statement/accounts;
- Able to handle customer enquiries in polite and efficient manner.
- Ad-hoc duties i.e. light administration tasks such as filing and drafting correspondences;
- Have strong work ethics - responsible, honest and respectful.
- Be willing to undergo further training (if appropriate)
- Be able to work on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
- Have prior experience working is Sales or as a Cashier (preferred but not mandatory)
- Be a Malaysian citizen.
