Company Overview The business of the group is started with the business registration of CINSOON Motor, a sole proprietorship registeresd under Mr Beh Boon Weng's name in 1989. The sole propietorship is mainly providing repair and maintenance services of motorcycles in area of Sungai Puyu, Butterworth, Penang. The group has under gone a restructuring exercise in 2004 by way of incorporation of a Company under the Malaysian Companies ACT, 1965 on 5th March 2004 as a private limited Company under the name of CINSOONS SDN BHD. The name has changed to CINSOON MOTOR SDN BHD on 2nd April 2004. CINSOON MOTOR SDN BHD is principally involved in trading and retailing of brand new and used motorcycles and accessories and parts as well as providing hire purchase financing facilities. The group has incorporated another private limited company on 29 Feb 2008 under the name CINSOON AUTO PARTS SDN BHD (CS Auto Parts). CS Auto Parts is mainly involved in wholesaling of motorcycles parts and accessories. Over the year, the CS Parts has aggressively expanded its business of selling motorcycles' parts and accessories by penetrating the overall places in Peninsular Malaysia as well as Sabah and Sarawak. Today, it has established its name and has gained consumer recognition. Under the close management and commitment of the directors, CS Auto Parts presently has over 1000 clients streching over the whole Malaysia and with a work force of not less than 40 employees currently.
