**Position: Multimedia Creator & Sales Marketing Expert**

We are looking dedicated Multimedia Creator & Sales Marketing Expert to assist in the implementation of marketing research, analyzing data, preparing marketing sales reports, and compiling the sales results of projects, responsible managing all the social media platform and marketing campaigns.

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Create and managing all the social media platforms including **Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok,** etc.
- **Copywriting **for brands' banners, logo, advertisements, and other Facebook materials.
- Responsible to manage all social media account.
- Monitor and actively engage with social media community. Responds to all comments, messages and other requisition in professional manners.
- Monitor company social chat requests.
- Maintaining all social media accounts for **brands**, **products**, or **services**.
- Produce creative content in various formats such as images, videos, infographics, poster and interactive media.
- Produce creative video, edit and then upload in the social media.
- Produce creative logo, banner and others.
- Coordinate the creation of digital content on **social media platforms**.
- Adhere to all social media platform policies & guidelines to avoid potential issues and violation.
- Plan, propose, execute, and monitor phases of marketing plans.
- Brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing plans and strategies.
- Coordinate and execute company corporate events.
- Manage and liaise with external agencies/vendor/merchandiser when needed.
- Manage all digital channels including brand presence, lead and revenue generation via social media platforms, affiliate relationships, promotion and other online mechanisms.
- Handle company product inquiries and ensure that problems are resolved.
- Assist customer service in resolving inquiries when necessary.
- Conduct market research and analysis to develop trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Constantly conduct market research and recognize market opportunities.
- Generate marketing sales reports by system, ensure all reports are delivered on time.
- Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
- Help to detail, design and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered.
- Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
- The sales and marketing strategies that are made are able to increase the amount of sales and subsequently give profit to the company.
- Do all task given by superior.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Mass Communications /Digital Marketing or equivalent.
- Attractive character, young, energetic & fun working environment
- Creative, good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and presentations skills.
- Being able to work independently.
- Proactive, multitasking and aggressive.
- Good in planning and detailed oriented.
- Having a knowledge of various social media platforms
- Experienced in project planning and project development would be an added advantage.
