**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Organize and update company HR and administrative related records and documentation.
- Provide support to the HR & Admin Department by handling general administrative tasks.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Assist in ad-hoc assigned by superior from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably possess at least a Diploma or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently.
- Literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess own transport.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
**Ability to commute/relocate**:
- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Working Day**
5 Working days per week
**Working Address**
G-12, Blok, 6, Skudai Hwy, Danga Bay, 80200 Johor Bahru, Johor
- Willing to be relocated.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
