Admin Data Entry Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day Reports and administration functions and activities.
- Attend to purchasers’ inquiries.
- Prepare weekly aging reports.
- Prepare and issue all required letters for progress billing and payment collection.
- To monitor and follow up on the progress of the sale
- To handle all documentation and coordination with solicitors and financial institutions on loan documentation and disbursement.
- To handle daily administration activities with property software or company system.
- Any other assigned tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration, or equivalent.
- Preferred with 2 years’ experience in the related field spoken).
- Proficient in Malay and English (written & spoken).
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Microsoft/Excel/Self-motivated, committed, team player, and results-oriented.
- Hold a valid driving license
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
