- Provide support in Internal control for which includes testing and ensuring all internal process documentation is updated on timely basis.
- Internal processes and SOP creation which would include process walk-through, new updates and complete documentation for all respective departments.
- Coordinate field Boutiques audits and prepare audit report on a yearly basis.
- Assist in Internal controls documentation as and when required by Regional Internal Audit and all other matters related to ERICA.
- As a custodian for the bidding process in ensuring that all departments is in compliance with the process and all documentation is complete.
- To support in providing Counters sensitive transactions sample testing to Local Management and Regional based on the cockpit report and regional report.
- Preparation of payments.
- Provide support during annual audit, tax computation and transfer pricing related schedules.
- Assist in preparation of local management reports.
- All other ad-hoc requests from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- Must possess at least Diploma. Degree graduate in Finance, Accountancy or an equivalent field
- Preferable with 2-4 years of working experience in related field.
- Accounting system knowledge in MS AX DYNAMIX will be an added advantage.
- Must be detail-oriented, exhibit ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to details.
- Holds on a high level of integrity and ethical standards while operating with transparency and honesty in all financial matters.
- Being a committed team player with good interpersonal skills and able to collaborate effectively within the team, internal and external stakeholders.
- Good time management skills and able to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
