- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and security vulnerabilities.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in software development.
- Continuously improve our development processes and tools to enhance team productivity and code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Education Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience as a backend developer
- Require Skill : Experience in C# and ASP.Net framework is required.
- Have some basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Experience with database design and management (e.g. MSSQL).
- Knowledge in TortoiseSVN or any version control tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attentions to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
