**This position will be supporting the HK market and working with local marketing team.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead and develop the creative direction of marketing and branding campaigns with other functional teams to achieve business objectives and company goals.
- Ideate, execute creative strategies and conduct creative A/B testing and experiments to increase the efficiency of assets across all channels.
- Create and adhere assets to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines.
- Advise marketing collaborators on design strategies and creative solutions to reach a particular target audience.
- Accountable for the designers under your supervision in terms of their work distribution, career growth, and progression.
- Improve teamwork efficiency by implementing and recommending better internal processes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of related work experience in Creative Design
- Strong individual contributor and > 2 years of managerial experience
- Experience working in the eCommerce/FinTech industry
- Be proficient in digital visual design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD/Figma
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with Local and Regional Teams

- Possess basic video editing skills (After Effect/Premiere Pro)
