- To manage, monitor and control the shop’s productivity by focusing on the Operation Ratio and Labor Productivity Index. To plan production according to Master Production Planning to meet the demand in timely manner.
- To manage and control the Quality Performance of Products and Processes through Pass Ratio index as per target set and specifications. To manage the progress of Quality Improvement activities through Six Sigma, ICC, Small Group activities and Kaizen.
- To manage and control the overall department’s expenses both Operating Expenditure and Capital Expenditure by focusing on the waste elimination, cost saving and Kaizen activities. To plan for department’s Opex and Capex budget by end of financial year.
- To plan for human development through staff competency’s evaluation and continuous training plan at all level of staff.
- To manage and control the compliance of Management System throughout department as stated in ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and HQS 2000.
- To keep highly effective communication within department and supporting department for better results.
- To facilitates the 5S implementation at shop floor and office. Continuously performing 5S as part department culture

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Automotive Engineering essential with 5 years' experience in Automotive Manufacturing Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
