Job Title: IT manager

Location: Johor Bahru

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain system plans, including expertise in Lark exploration.
- Analyse business processes and convert them into IT solutions.
- Able to manage data clouds effectively.
- Suggest suitable technologies for the IT infrastructure and systems to improve company’s performance and meet its needs.
- Create process enhancements for efficiency and cost savings.
- Regularly monitor IT performance to avoid unexpected downtime.
- Develop and retain strong functional capabilities and skills with IT through employee development.
- Supervise, motivate, and coordinate with the IT team to work collectively and efficiently.
- Undertake tasks and projects assigned by top management from time to time.

**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Accountability and willing to take up ad-hoc projects
- Leadership skills, problem-solving skills, teamwork
- Able to read and write Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lark: 2 years (preferred)
- Coding and Programming: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
