Pricing Coordinator

**The Company**

Our client is a Fortune 500 provider of multimodal transportation services and third-party logistics. The company offers freight transportation, transportation management, brokerage, and warehousing. They have strong network and offices in Asia, Europe, North & South America region.

Reporting to the Pricing Supervisor/Manager in Australia, the Pricing Coordinator will be responsible to facilitate pricing for Asia opportunities from network and assist network’s Asia-related ventures by collaborating with pricing stakeholders within the company, including sales, products, and branch/agent networks. Achieve yearly objectives by assessing quotation handling efficiency and effectiveness.

**The Role**:

- Support the Oceania RFQ opportunity by managing tasks such as template creation, system upload, and pricing coordination.
- Manage pricing tariff and rate sheets.
- Handle quotations including but not limited to air and ocean.
- Coordinate with respective departments to gather and compile accurate informative data for the commercial quotation submission.
- Cooperate and understand the company’s pricing parties and their local access product offerings.
- Review all pricing services, identify potentials threats, or influence factors on pricing strategy.
- Engage in market research and prepare regular rate analysis for business intelligence in sourcing and market price trends.

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in either pricing/tender or sales/account management preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, preferably in Excel.
- Strong analytical and thinking skills.
- Fluent in English - both communication and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM4,800.00 per month

- Pricing/Tender Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales/Account Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Freight forwarding industry: 3 years (preferred)
