**About the Job**

**Position**:Optician

**Outlet**: Focus Point AEON Rawang

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism;
- Conduct eyes refraction professionally, ensuring accuracy of prescription and appropriateness of prescription according to patients’ lifestyle, adaptation and requirements;
- Assist in choosing suitable eyewear and educating customers about eyewear;
- Use professional knowledge and skills to assist sales team improving sales and to meet annual business targets;
- Other duties which assigned by The Company.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a FBDO or similar qualifications and registered with Malaysia Optic Council;
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred;
- No work experience required (Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply);
- Fluent in English, Malay, and any additional language would be an added advantage.
