**Key Responsibility**

To co-ordinate, support and advice the Company on all aspects with regards to Health and Safety. Establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, training and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health and Safety within Loedige are adhered to. It also, needs to provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations and be on a constant lookout for violations. Safety and Health officer is responsible individual who swears by OSH regulations. It also largely focused on prevention so the officer needs to be conscientious and farsighted.

**Core Task**
- Act as Company Registered Health and Safety Officer.
- Assist the management team in managing all health and safety requirements at work in accordance with the legal requirements.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager with Health and Safety requirements for the specific site requirements.
- Implementing, controlling, maintaining and improving health and safety measures stipulated under the statutory requirements and the contractual requirements.
- Actively drive and Enhance safety awareness and management culture on all sites through safety training and promotional activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections to identify hazards and help devise safety control measures jointly with the management team and the Maintenance Manager.
- Conduct yearly Health and Safety audits.

**Educational / Professional Qualifications**
- Degree holder in Engineering, Safety Health and/or Environmental discipline.
- Registered Safety Officer with the Labour Department.
- Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.

**Necessary Experience**
- 5 years’ experience post-registration safety experience gained in the mechanical industry or similar.
- Fresh graduate is courage to apply.
- Self-motivated, well organized and proactive.
- Good analytical & statistical skills.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in Operations and Maintenance environment or similar.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
