Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works for building services. - Prepare tender specifications and review tender drawings - Perform tender evaluations and prepare tender evaluation reports - Attend technical and progress meetings with client, architects, consultants and contractors - Manage the projects and identify any non-conformity of contractor’s work at site - Other adhoc duties as assigned
